I initially just got molecano to try out because i love love the NYT spelling bee so i went looking for a game with the same premise. I couldn’t be happier with molecano, it somehow combines the spelling bee mechanics with crossword puzzle format?!?! AND THE GAME MUSIC?!?! That lovely calming almost soft jazzy-esque lofi… chefs kiss. Not to mention the helping lil guys get across to get there foods, which is just another huge plus. specifically that the slight background story/plot etc is minimalistic and not so in your face like other games with watching ads to get xyz or random pop up weekly quests to unlock yada yada, ya know? its minimalistic down to the design of the game visually like down to the placement of where the letters are or where certain buttons are like the exit, settings, etc AND is still at the same time visually pleasing and just nice!
