A functional app requires reliable support, but in this case, the support is non-existent when you actually need it. Until the developers drastically overhaul their customer service system, I cannot recommend this app. My experience has been one of pure frustration. ### 1/5 — Good start but short-sighted *2025-09-26, version 9.9* Can’t believe you guys are charging for checking our credit reports when it’s supposed to be free. It’s free in the United States, why be greedy here in Saudi Arabia? It’s my credit-worthiness, I should be able to at least know where I stand. So you should DEFINITELY add some free features that allow one to check where they stand financially and economically in terms of their borrowing power. Additionally, if you really want people to pay for the subscription, let us use Apple Pay instead of asking us to enter our card details. No one is there to help you, any dispute is automatically closed saying that you need to report it to SIMAH. Some of the data has incorrect logic (waiting for it to get fixed for a year now).
