I can’t wait until enrollment time so I can switch Heath insurance providers. Praying someone starts a class action for making getting healthcare worse than blue shield. ### 1/5 — Molina flex card *2025-06-01* This flex card is terrible to use online. I can’t even get this app to load. I give this whole dam thing 0 stars. I wouldn’t bother with the card or this app. It’s terrible. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign in *2025-01-13* Can’t sign in. Can’t find account under new user because is says employee number. Was told my password is my birthday but wasn’t told how to type it in. Log in fails, bizarre security settings that make no sense, biometrics fail. Don’t bother. ### 1/5 — All bad *2024-10-03* Sign me out and won’t let me sign back in ### 1/5 — Can’t see balances on the benefits *2024-09-12* It’s really hard to navigate the Molina benefit card app because it doesn’t allow you to navigate to see your balances and sometime when you scan things in the store it’ll tell you it’s approved but when you get to the line to pay for your items it is not on the approved item list. ### 5/5 — Worthless App *2024-07-02* This app is just as all the other reviews state. I can’t even log on as l don’t know my “employee id” and I believe Molina really doesn’t want you to use your My Choice card for items except in their Nations OTC store. I can’t even send this review because ALL nicknames are already taken and so you go into merry-go-round and can’t confirm or send your review. I will try to send this review with a 5 star rating and see if that works. ### 1/5 — No sirve/Doesn’t work *2024-06-25* No actual way to log in. Creating a profile requires an employee ID number. No member option. No way to know about benefits card unless jumping through hoops over the phone. // No hay ninguna manera de inscribirse. Para hacer un perfil se ocupa número de empleado.
