I tried to link the booking reference in my app and it wasn’t recognised. We were told it was because we hadn’t checked in. It was too early to check in so my wife had to use her app to enable the car charging, only after someone at the checkin desk did something to the app that they didn’t share with us. Once checked in later on, I tried again to link the app - still not recognised. I tried to share the digital key from my wife’s app to mine. Before I can receive a key, it requires a OTP to be sent to my phone to verify the device. No code arrives when requested. So two fails and no help from the support chat in the app. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-03-10, version 2.4.1* Grab and go, tv casting, and chatting options all do not work. What a useless app? ### 1/5 — The app is more concerned about photos than efficiency *2021-10-19, version 2.3.0* I tried to order a takeaway on the app - try it. It takes you in never-ending circles while encouraging you to download your photos. It’s a fail from me ### 1/5 — Run by robots, avoid if human. *2021-07-16, version 2.3.0* I believe this place accepts humans if you can interface with their systems. Digital first doesn’t have to mean zero humans. Looked like a nice place, but having been bounced from your website to your phone line which says nothing but use the app….and then we have to make an account just to talk to someone. Mollie’s looks awesome, but they’re clearly not for mere mortals like me. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2023-06-13, version 3.2.0* Used for Chromecast whilst staying, be using for self check-in, diner bookings and room key when we return! Intuitive and really useful. ### 5/5 — Mr Andy Rymarz *2023-02-19, version 3.0.1* First time there tonight for my wife’s birthday,arrived on time with warm welcome and asked who’s birthday it was and Michelle was wished a happy birthday was seated to clean table served by waiter called Dean (lovely guy) started of with milkshake recommended by Dean which hit the spot ! Ordered burgers,crinkled chips and BBQ beans served quickly and was hot and delicious followed by cheesecake and knickerbocker glory I enjoyed the wife was not keen on ice cream as too icy told Dean who said will mention our comment to management paid bill and was wished pleasant evening well happy we were thx Dean !
