Ended up being charged 3 x for a purchase with no way to contact Molly Tea to dispute it. Trying to swipe back takes you to select the store and you have to start your order again. The app does not represent the elegance of the brand. It makes a very poor and frustrating user experience. ### 1/5 — Took My Coupon *2026-01-22* Disappointing experience with online ordering. I was offered a $5 coupon to use when purchasing drinks online. When I tried to place my order, my card declined, so I moved money into my account and went back to the app to complete the purchase. However, when I returned, the app had removed my $5 coupon even though the purchase was never completed. This is really frustrating and unfair I didn’t use the coupon, yet it was taken away due to a payment issue that was resolved. Customer experience like this makes me hesitant to order online again.
