If you add a point redemption while selecting items, and then accidentally press the point redemption again at checkout, it will charge you double the points. Another issue is if you redeem points and then the restaurant pauses app orders, it eats your points anyways. I've lost 60 points to these issues so far, and there's no support option in the app to try to get them back.
