It’s official app for carters in uae but basic function like filter and search doesn’t work properly. Shopping through this app is sure to give you a headache. Seems like it’s build by some college student. The address wont update, and after typing in card details it will go to the OTP page for a millisecond and an error would appear. What is this? Scrolling Takes forever. - basket is empty after closing app - can’t remove products from checkout page (gives an error) - Out of stock doesn’t show on product listing page. Only when you want to add the product to the cart Etc etc. Not worth using the app. True nightmare. Spend an hour adding to the basket only to close the app and come back and the entire basket is gone.
