They are not built right for their size and cannot handle their system. Every app update results in more issues. This most recent update has caused an issue where inventory does not update as products are purchased. This is a huge issue when trying to monitor inventory levels. Support tickets go unanswered for days and sometimes weeks at a time. It’s likely time for a switch to cantaloupe. The only issue with that is the Nayax readers look nicer and are simpler to install. ### 3/5 — So disappointing update fail *2026-08-07* Just updated the app and now it doesn't work. Just a blank screen with the white line at the bottom. I really think the app is close to being great, just needs some tweaks to get there. I would also like to see it be a bit easier to understand how to create a single product and put that in a bin in multiple machines. If these issues get fixed, I would give this a 5. ### 2/5 — Update the APP for Apple *2026-05-22, version 1.1.1183* I can’t get anything from over a year ago or even a month ago on my Apple 14 iPhone when I was able to back in Feb. then it got worse as March, April, May came. I like to look at my sales when on the go. Why is this a new thing? The main feature request that I have is to add a way to hold each row to select and to be able to set as full, instead of going to each product and mark as full when you only want to fill some items. The dashboard takes forever to load, please update the DB that you use and update it more frequently on the background. The layout is clean, data updates fast, and it’s reliable overall. A few extra features or smoother syncing would take it to the next level, but for now it’s a solid performer that makes running my machines easier. They have a really easy product to use and set up however they have server issues every month. They’re not based in the U.S.A . There servers are in Israel . Customer service is great and all my issues with tech support have been good. I’m rating 1 star because of the server . I can’t update anything on my machines because the server is down. And unfortunately this happens all the time. Also there’s nothing tech support can do if the server is down. ### 1/5 — Frustrating bugs *2025-07-21, version 1.0.1055* If you are checking this out before investing in their hardware, it’s not too late to turn away. They seem to break something new every few months and it can stay broken for a year or more once broken. See cash box values that once worked. Summary tables that once worked but are now unreliable. Actor switching that once worked but now does not work every time.
