There’s no cancel button on my account, no self-service pause/freeze option, and no chat support on the website at all. Navigation is circular — clicking through menus repeatedly loops back to the same screen you were trying to leave, with no path to actually view your contract terms with the business. I had to email the business directly and separately message through the app just to submit a cancellation request. Connecticut’s Click to Cancel law requires companies to offer a clear, easy online cancellation method. This app doesn’t come close. If Momence is going to handle billing for hundreds of businesses, basic account controls like cancel, pause, and contract access need to be consistent, visible, and functional — not buried or dependent on individual studios. ### 1/5 — Not great *2026-08-01, version 5.0.3* I can't remove companies that I don't want to see anymore. Seems like pretty budget developers ### 1/5 — SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE *2026-07-27, version 5.0.3* I only have two regrets in my entire life, one was not skydiving with my father before he died, and the other was transitioning to Momence. This company makes promises that they don’t keep, and then they refuse to answer for them, and treat their customers like we don’t matter at all. They lie, and then manipulate you because they have all of your data and make it impossible for you to get all of your information from them so you have to stay with them once you spend the hundreds of hours it takes to transition into their service. I feel like a prisoner with this company. They do not care about the people that they serve. It doesn’t it Comes out of my bank immediately and booking is made. Now with new update you want full access to my calendar just to add a booking. I don’t think so! you can jog on. This was not required before. The options say keep add to calendar only but accepting this and not accepting full access stops it working. This is a privacy violation. We switched from MINDBODY for this very reason! They make it awful. I have to email with someone from the gym. It’s been a week of them replying with attempts to keep me on.
