## What is Moment?

Moment is a simple place to write down what you're grateful for.

Open it and there's one question: what are you grateful for today? Tap anywhere and start typing. It saves as you go. A line is enough, and you can add as many moments as you like in a day.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Add the Moment widget to see today's date and the question waiting for you. Once you've written, it shows your latest moment instead. Tap it to start a new one. It comes in small and medium sizes and matches your palette.

LOOK BACK
Every moment you write shows up as a dot in a year-at-a-glance view, with your entries listed by month underneath. Tap a month to jump to it.

REMEMBER
Moment can show you what you wrote a week, a month or a year ago, right under today's prompt. Open any entry to see what you were grateful for on the same day the year before.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Five palettes, or pick your own colors
• Light and dark mode
• An optional daily reminder at a time you choose
• Bold and italic for the words that matter

YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS
There are no accounts, ads or analytics. Your journal stays on your devices and syncs between iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud account. You can export everything as a PDF or JSON file at any time.
