Still can’t log in and support can’t help at all. I have reached out MULTIPLE times via email and over the phone. I have been told that the app is down for all parents and have been given a plethora of different dates as to when it will be back up and running and here we are a month later and it is still not working. This app simply never, ever works for some accounts and the company is not able to fix it. If this app has something to offer beyond an endless spinning login wheel, I have yet to experience it. Today it’s decided to stop working. It won’t load. Just buffers. ### 3/5 — No sound to video and unable to download *2023-02-25, version 1.9.4* We love getting updates and seeing photos and video of our little one. It’s great we can save the photos as these our precious memories. However we are not able to save videos which is a real bummer. Also for some reason, the video had sound when I first watched it but when I go back to replay it at other times. It doesn’t have sound. I tried to restart the app or update it but still doesn’t work. I am not sure why it’s so random for each video to have sound or no sound . ### 5/5 — This is such a nice addition from our school *2022-06-24, version 1.9.1* I was so happy to learn that this app was added to our school this year. I’ve been looking for a simpler way to see what my kids were doing every day but I was so happy to learn I could communicate directly with their teachers right in the app! Would love to make payments in the app at some point. ### 5/5 — A MUST AT EVERY ORGANIZATION! ✨ *2022-01-05, version 1.6.7* I love being able to be in communication with my child’s teacher and seeing photos of them during the week but it also serves as a perfect way to let me know weekly announcements. It’s great! Highly recommend. 👍🏽 ### 3/5 — Can’t save photos to phone *2021-05-03, version 1.0.22* Love the idea of being able to see regular updates from teachers and staff, but there is currently no way to save shared photos to your own device, which is disappointing.
