I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app, changed my password multiple times and restarted my phone. Still can’t log in and support can’t help at all. Completely useless app.

Similar to other reviews this all just stalls at the login page. Customer support isn’t able to help. It’s been 2 months since the app was available through my school and still not able to view any photos.

For some reason my app will not work. I have reached out MULTIPLE times via email and over the phone. I have been told that the app is down for all parents and have been given a plethora of different dates as to when it will be back up and running and here we are a month later and it is still not working. The company has not even addressed this in terms of a support email going out regarding the situation. This app is a part of my child’s tuition and I am not happy at all that I cannot receive any photos or updates of my child through out the day.

You’re not going to choose a preschool based on its communication app— but if you’re in the position to make a choice of what company your preschool should use, run away from Curacubby. This app simply never, ever works for some accounts and the company is not able to fix it. If this app has something to offer beyond an endless spinning login wheel, I have yet to experience it. The company’s reps are unable to address anything to satisfaction. Don’t even waste your time with this app.

I’ve had this app for about a week and a half. Today it’s decided to stop working. It won’t load. Just buffers.

We love getting updates and seeing photos and video of our little one. It’s great we can save the photos as these our precious memories. However we are not able to save videos which is a real bummer. Also for some reason, the video had sound when I first watched it but when I go back to replay it at other times. It doesn’t have sound. I tried to restart the app or update it but still doesn’t work. I am not sure why it’s so random for each video to have sound or no sound .

Love the idea of being able to see regular updates from teachers and staff, but there is currently no way to save shared photos to your own device, which is disappointing. We are stuck with having to take a screenshot of the photo resulting in lower quality images.

Thank you for your review! 
We currently have disabled this option for safety and security reasons per child but love the feedback and will provide this to our product team to note for future versions. UPDATE 6/1/22: you can now save and share photos!

I was so happy to learn that this app was added to our school this year.  I’ve been looking for a simpler way to see what my kids were doing every day but I was so happy to learn I could communicate directly with their teachers right in the app!  Would love to make payments in the app at some point.

I love being able to be in communication with my child’s teacher and seeing photos of them during the week but it also serves as a perfect way to let me know weekly announcements. It’s great! Highly recommend. 👍🏽
