I like the app when it works, but I’ve had several problems with it. Just stopping working out in the field. It’ll open itself briefly and then immediately close. That’s happened several times. Especially after a update.

When I first downloaded the app it worked wonders. I don’t know what is going on with this app in the last two weeks. It shuts off in the middle of recording. I sometimes can’t open the app. I have had to uninstall the app five times just to get it working. Honestly the app was a real lifesaver in the beginning but now it has become more of a hassle. I used this app for several months, and it worked well.  I have had on-going issues with my Apple sign-in.  It is not working, and I have not heard back from the developer since I asked a question on how to get this app to work.  There has been increased work for me since this app doesn’t work 50% of the time.

I am so sorry for the issues that you are experiencing accessing your account and for any delay in communication. Did you file a support ticket to support@getmoments.app? Please reach out again so we can ensure you are refunded for your downtime.

Can you please try turning off the WiFi on your device and logging in using your cellular data?  Once logged in, it should ask you to update your app. We discovered an issue with specific WiFi settings that prevented a few users from authenticating. This has now been corrected and should work for you moving forward.
