## What is Momentu?

Momentu is a habit and goal app that connects your biggest goals to today's tasks — while keeping your remaining time gently in view.

It is more than a to-do list: every task sits beneath the goal it serves, so you always see what each action is for.

Decide the big goals you'll pursue each week and add tasks beneath each one. The Today tab shows your goals and tasks on one screen — just tap to check them off.

In the Plan tab, you organize the week: carry last week's goals forward or end them, add new ones, and confirm the week's plan.

Tasks come in three patterns — specific weekdays, x times a week, and one-time to-dos — so habits, practice, and errands all fit.

The Review tab shows each week's results and lets you record reflection notes: what worked, what to keep, what to change.

From your birthday and a life expectancy you choose, Momentu shows an estimate of your remaining days. This is a personal reminder for reflection, not a medical prediction or diagnosis.

Momentu PRO — a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase — unlocks up to 3 big goals at once (the free plan includes 1) and the Home Screen widgets that show today's tasks, your goals, and your remaining time.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
