App is pathetic. If it works it’s a good day. And if it does start working well, the team does maintenance to break it yet again. Their maintenance actually costs you money in lost returns.

The app is constantly broken. Whenever maintenance have been done on the app, it is worse than before the maintenance. I have had nothing but issue with the app not wanting to sync with my device… this morning the recharge is not even working (i took a video as proof)
The app is not user friendly and a huge disappointment. I moved from Discovery and expect much more from a company of your calibre

I have activated touch id three times and it still doesn’t work. Please fix it as I have to manually log in each time

Usually this App has been relatively straightforward, however, since its last update, it does not work no matter what I try. The Multiply agent could not help and Momentum has not responded to my email. Please advise.
