I set up an account, it did NOT send me an email to verify. It said to log in, I did, said I didn’t have an account, tried to reregister, said I did. Lovely.

This app is extremely useful for imaging your spine curvature without requiring undergoing an x-ray. Every now and again I want to track my spine health and can use this app to do that. I've also been using the app to track my childrens' spinal development. App is very well made.

We love this app! Both my children have scoliosis and this has been a game changer for us. So easy to use and to share the data with their doctor. Finally have a tool to monitor scoliosis in real-time without all the imaging and hospital visits. Surprised nobody came up with this sooner!

As a physical therapist who specializes in scoliosis and the Schroth method, I work with patients both in-person and virtually. This app has been an incredibly valuable tool. It helps my patients better understand their bodies and their curve patterns, and it gives me a solid framework and extra data to guide my exercise prescriptions.

The team behind Momentum Health is also phenomenal. Their customer service is responsive, thoughtful, and always working to make the app better. It’s clear they truly care about helping those with scoliosis, and the consistent updates show their commitment to innovation. Highly recommend.

The app itself might be great, but unless users can create an account, login with password or SSO to actually use the app, we’ll never know. 

Please address the account onboarding and login experience. I created an account (iPhone user) and clicked the “verify my email” link, which opened in another page and took itself through an endless loop of “verifying your email” and “failure / email already validated.” 

From there you can try to login, which if you attempt with password will tell you that your account does not exist. If you try to login with SSO, the SSO server does not exist. Finally, if you try to create a new account, you may not because you “already have an account.”

The developers have created Schrödinger s account. Hopefully this can be fixed so users can actually assess the app.

I downloaded the free trial of this app because I was curious, and I have since deleted it. First of all, it took several tries to upload scans. I would wait 30 minutes and then get an error message. When it finally uploaded, it took the better part of an hour to render the model and THEN it was 20 degrees off of my son’s curve. If you decide to use this app PLEASE use it in conjunction with actual EOS x-rays. Finally, at almost $200 bucks a year, I think I’ll stick with the x-rays paid for by my taxes. Honestly, from a Canadian perspective (where this app was made) this is another example of the privatization that’s chipping away at publicly funded healthcare. Regular high quality x-rays and interpretations shouldn’t be so hard to come by we’re looking to our smartphones for solutions.
