## What is Momentum?

Most fitness apps turn your training into a public scoreboard full of strangers. Momentum does the opposite.

It's you and a small crew of friends who actually notice — the ones who see when you show up, and call you out when you don't.

THE CREW KEEPS YOU HONEST
• Log a session in seconds and build a streak you won't want to break.
• Add the friends who'll hold you to it — no followers, no strangers.
• Go quiet and your crew nudges you. Show up and they cheer — in their own recorded voice, not a generic buzz.

COMMIT OUT LOUD
• Make a commitment ("train every day for 30 days") with a friend as your witness the moment you slip.
• Check in daily. Skip it, and your crew knows.

COMPETE FOR REAL
• Race a friend head-to-head or start a group challenge.
• Climb the leaderboard on sessions, minutes, or steps — against your crew, never the internet.

PROOF, NOT TALK
• Log real PRs and get vouched for by your crew. A verified badge here actually means something.
• Snap live proof so your best lifts aren't just a claim.

CONNECT YOUR HEALTH
• Link Apple Health to pull in your steps and log watch workouts in one tap. Read-only — nothing leaves your phone until you choose to share it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No public feed. No clout. No strangers. What happens in your crew stays in your crew.

Momentum isn't for broadcasting workouts to the world. It's for the handful of people who won't let you skip leg day. Add your crew and start your streak today.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-06

• Programs: run 75 Hard or No-zero days with your crew. Everyone starts the day
they accept and keeps their own days, so nobody has to wait for the group.
• Build your own program: write your crew's rulebook — how long it runs, how many
misses you get, workouts a day, the minimum that counts as a session, and how
sessions get verified. Invitees read the full rules before they're in.
• Rules for specific activities: cap one to a few days a week, give it its own
minimum length, or say it never counts at all.
• Commitments has been retired — challenges and programs cover the same ground.
• Fixed: the session duration picker showed 45 minutes while saving nothing.
• Fixed: accepting an expired challenge invite failed silently instead of saying so.
• Faster, steadier syncing when the app is under load.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-07-30

Fixes a bug where only your most recent Step Race was visible if you had more than one running.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-28

Step Race — challenge a friend to a walking race.

Every day is its own round, counted automatically from Apple Health. Most steps wins the day. Beat your own 14-day average and you still score on a day you lose, and the final day counts double. Nothing to log, nothing to prove.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-23
