They will take days/weeks to reply to you as soon as you try to do a claim and then they will never pay out the claim. Stay well away and don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews.

My advice to others:

Be extremely careful and do not trust verbal communication with their claims team—get everything in writing before proceeding.
If your car breaks down, expect delays and bureaucracy before they approve any repairs.
Consider whether this warranty is worth it, as their process makes it very easy for them to find a reason to decline a claim.
I regret choosing this company and hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.

Momentum would rather saw their own foot off than pay out a claim. A complete waste of money and time trying to deal with them. Even when the claim is within the agreed upon terms they will try to avoid paying out. Avoid them.
