## What is Mommy Meter?

Mommy Meter is the calm voice in your pocket when you need space. The meter turns your need for quiet into a visual kids immediately understand. Tap the "Mommy" button and make the need for quiet time into a game kids easily understand. Clicking the "Mommy" button reduces the number of "Mommies" remaining and a timer shows how long the "Mommy" needs to recharge. You can also share a warm, ready-to-use script that explains what you need, why it matters, or what kids can do while they wait. Children learn to respect your boundaries without feeling pushed away; you stay regulated and let go of the guilt.

The Mommy Meter is customizable for any one to use and you can easily change the title from "Mommy" to whatever you may prefer!

Use Mommy Meter during work-from-home calls, while cooking or cleaning, when decompressing after errands, or anytime you need a few minutes to finish a task or reset.
