I like the game a lot it is really fun the only thing I don't like is you have to pay for more levels if you were able to play all the levels without paying for them I would have gave you a five star rating.😐

This game was so annoying you can only move two items on it and then you have to pay and watch an ad and my ad wouldn’t even load! I’m outraged! 😤😤😤😡

I’m not a fan that you had to pay about 6 dollars to get the other levels with no adds. It’s way to expansive considering you only get 10 levels total and you just repeat the same medical procedures, (which is not many) over and over again. My four year old got bored with it quick. Save your money!

This game was terrible it is called the mermaid pregnancy game for a reason but won't even let you play any of the levels of the mermaid being pregnant. It only lets you play the levels of the stupid sick daughter. It's such a rip off do not waste your time on this terrible game!
