More playlists, a bigger screen to watch on, a player that picks itself back up when your stream wobbles, and a Home screen that's yours. CAST IT TO THE TELLY Momnt now casts to Chromecast and Google TV. Start something on your phone, send it to the big screen, and carry on. Live TV, films, series — all of it. MORE THAN ONE PLAYLIST? NO PROBLEM Add as many accounts as you like and switch whenever you fancy. Browse them one at a time, or turn on grouped browsing and see everything you own on one screen. Favourites, My List, search and downloads now span all your accounts, so nothing goes missing behind the account you happened to have selected. Adding an account is easier too, and you can change your mind halfway through without starting over. STREAMS THAT PICK THEMSELVES BACK UP Live streams drop. It happens. Now the app quietly reconnects on its own and gets you back to the picture, and only bothers you if it genuinely can't. If a channel keeps stuttering, it'll offer you a bigger buffer — one tap, no trip to Settings. A lot less staring at "Starting stream…" when the picture is already playing, too. HOME, YOUR WAY Drag your rails into whatever order suits you, hide the ones you never look at, and bring them back whenever. A FRESH COAT OF PAINT • Cards are the artwork now — no more posters hiding inside boxes inside boxes • Category tiles show a mosaic of what's actually inside them • Search finally shows pictures: posters for films and series, logos for channels • Light mode works properly, including with your provider's own branding • Empty categories are hidden, and you can pin the ones you actually watch to the top THE GUIDE BEHAVES ITSELF Programmes no longer stack on top of each other, channel names stay lined up with their programmes as you scroll, and the whole thing is a great deal faster. There's a playlist picker up there now too. REMOVE ADS, AND A TIP JAR If ads aren't for you, there's a one-off Remove Ads purchase. And if you'd like to throw something in the hat, there's a tip option — it unlocks nothing at all, it just says thanks.
