Recent, instead of fix this,they have attempted to block some agent sims with the claim that, agents are involved in fraudulent transactions. How is this a fault of the agent if some customers don’t really know about the MoMo menu? Do you know network glitch make cash out process not complete? It’s a failure on the part of big company to fix this, only to prematurely jumped into poor decisions.
