## What is Momo?

Momo is a small gremlin who does your routine beside you.

He is not a coach and he does not keep score. He turns up, names the next tiny
thing, and sits with you while you do it.

NO STREAKS. NO RED. NOTHING THAT CAN TREND DOWN.
Most habit apps are built on a number you can lose. Miss one day and the number
resets, and for a lot of us that is the day we delete the app. Momo has no
streak to break. Every step you finish is a firefly in a jar, and the jar only
ever fills.

BEGINNING IS THE PART THAT COUNTS
Starting is the hard bit, so starting is what Momo notices. The moment you
begin a routine, today is on the calendar — before you finish a single step,
and it is never taken back if you stop halfway.

SKIPPING IS ALLOWED
"Skip" sits at exactly the same size as "Done". Taking longer than you meant to
turns the bar a soft purple and says taking longer still counts. Nothing in the
app ever turns red.

ONE TINY STEP AT A TIME
Break a routine into steps small enough to actually start. If a step still
feels too big, tap the wand and Momo halves it for you, and names the rest
"The rest, whenever".

FUZZY TIME
Morning-ish. Later. Evening-ish. You can ask for a nudge around a time if you
want one, but it is always "around" — nothing is ever late, and nothing is
ever marked late.

A JAR, NOT A CALENDAR
A month grid marks your gaps, and an empty square reads as failure. Momo keeps
a jar of fireflies instead. Seal a month when it is done and it goes on the
shelf.

AND MOMO'S WORLD FILLS IN
At thirty fireflies he lights a lantern, and keeps it. After that his world
keeps filling in — he won't say what with, or when.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean,
Simplified Chinese and Hindi. Momo follows your phone, or you can pick.

SEVEN DAYS, THEN YOU CHOOSE
Momo is free for seven days. After that he is a subscription — you will always
see the price before anything is charged, and you can cancel any time in
Settings. Whatever you have made stays on your phone, and stopping does not
delete it.

WHAT MOMO IS NOT
Momo is scaffolding, not treatment. It is not a medical device, it does not
diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist or coach.
Reminders are scheduled by your phone, so please don't rely on it for anything
where a missed reminder matters — medication included.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your routines, your steps and your fireflies stay on your phone. Signing in
with Apple or Google is how your subscription finds you on a new phone — that
is all the account does. No advertising, no tracking, no session recording.
Usage counts are anonymous and can be switched off in one tap.
