It is a scam company. ### 1/5 — Support krimineller Betrugsseiten! *2026-01-30* Nicht nur die Buchungsbearbeitung beim promoteten Anbieter kissandfly war bereits hochgradig unseriös, mit ständig wechselnden Buchungscodes floäug ständig die Unsicherheit mit, dass plötzlich doch das Ticket storniert wird. Doch das war noch längst nicht alles: Ein Anruf bei Lufthansa nach dem Flug im Zuge des Versuchs die Meilen nachzutragen hat ergeben, dass eine Teilstrecke auf ein Avianca-Ticket lautete. Und das gesamte Ticket auf einen anderen vietnamesischen Namen mit US-Telefonnummer ausgestellt war. Der Sache weiter nachgegangen hieß es: bei Hin- und Rückflug handelte es sich um ein Meilen-Bonusticket für 40 Euro, wo der Name geändert und das dann anscheinend für das über Zehnfache (471 Euro!!!) wieder an mich verkauft worden ist. Meilen gab es für mich daher nicht. Ich hätte daher keinen Anspruch, hieß es lapidar bei Lufthansa. Wie kann das sein??? Weil also jemand mit krimineller Energie ein Meilenbonusticket auf einer von Momondo empfohlenen Website verbotenerweise weiterverkauft, erhalte ich also keine Meilen. Wie kann auch sein, dass Momondo mit solch kriminellen Firmen zusammenarbeitet? Und warum muss man erst negative Erfahrung sehr detailliert schildern dass einem geglaubt wird. Das Netz ist voller Kritik, die ich leider erst nach der Buchung gesehen habe. Und warum verbarrikadiert sich Momondo hinter Floskeln von Geschäftsbedingungen und handelt nicht einfach. I tried to cancel a booking that was not even fully completed, and the agent insisted I would be charged the full flight amount unless I finalized the booking. I was pressured after already providing my credit card information and was repeatedly told there was no supervisor available. The entire interaction felt coercive and unsafe, like I was being forced into a purchase I didn't consent to. This left me stressed and uncomfortable. Momondo showed flights on Jet Blue American or United and this website had Frontier and Spirit. I felt like this is a bait and switch operation.
