Great system I thought and told lots of people how efficient it was. Now however one year later it won’t accept the same passport (which has always been in my married name). All of the documentation / emails etc are sent to my married name but the App now seems to use my maiden name so of course it no longer recognises my passport. What a load of nonsense. Ridiculous flaw in the system. ### 1/5 — Mauvaise application ! *2026-04-26* Dès le scanning du QR code l’application ne fonctionne pas. Même chose en utilisant l’ ordinateur au lieu de mon IPhone . Tout a fonctionné normalement l’ an dernier. J’ai donc dû envoyer mon certificat par la poste . Cette application est une inadmissible disgrâce. He attached a separate form in English with signature and stamps to the certificate of life you provided .It was rejected by my caisse de retraite What should I do now as I can’t download my QR code after having read the CGU and follow on the tutorial? It is just inacceptable no wonder your rating is 1,8 ### 1/5 — Does not work for married women *2026-02-02, version 2.1.2* My wife received the email in her maiden name. Brand new passport fails every time with message saying couldn’t be automatically checked. It seems to be checking the passport name which is her married name and is on their system against her maiden name so will never work and no info given as to what to do next. We are both fairly computer competent and have used computers ipads and iphones on a daily basis for more than 20 years. The app will not accept iphone photos of passports.
