Bonne journée, les équipes Mon E.Leclerc. ### 5/5 — Hôtesse de caisse vraiment sympathique *2026-03-11* Bonjour, Je rédige très peu d’avis en général , mais là, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la patience de l hôtesse de caisse qui m’a non seulement encaissée , mais accompagnée dans ma création de compte leclerc (créé ce jour) et qui ne fonctionnait pas … j’ai en effet créé le compte pour pouvoir utiliser les vignettes tefal ; cette étape achevée, en me rendant dans le rayon, la poêle désirée n y était pas …Pur hasard je croise au même endroit l hôtesse de caisse qui m’avait expliqué la marche à suivre pour les vignettes ; avec sa collègue, elles sont allées en réserve afin de réapprovisionner le rayon …l épopée n’est pas terminée , l appli de fonctionnant pas …cette même personne m a accompagnée jusqu’au paiement ! Quelle patience et quelle gentillesse !! Une belle rencontre qui donne le sourire ! Je reviendrai grâce à elle !! Je n’ai hélas pas son prénom mais j’espère qu’elle se reconnaîtra ! Message erreur oups…veuillez réessayer plus tard! Sur le mémo courses aussi pas mal de bugs dont notamment les produits barrés après achat qui sont plus barrés ou au contraire ceux non barrés qui sont barrés obligé de cocher ou décocher à nouveau mais ça recommence à plusieurs reprises!!! Autrement j’ai déjà eu le cas de ma liste de course avec impossibilité d’accès aux produits via le « i » pour accéder à la promo!!! Mais le pire est surtout de faire son mémo courses et de se retrouver dans le magasin pour faire ses courses et que la liste se fige et ne permet pas d’accéder à la totalité de la liste obligé de ressortir de l’appli et réouvrir mais ça recommence à chaque fois ça bloque à un niveau de la liste tjs le même en général et on peut plus rien faire à part refermer et réouvrir. J’ai dû passer je ne sais combien de temps dans le magasin pour faire mes courses suite à ça!!!! Finalement j’ai été obligée de passer en mode réorganiser pour voir l’entièreté de ma liste et pouvoir finir mes courses mais bien entendu du coup sans avoir accès à la promo pour chaque produit sachant que les promos ne sont pas tjs bien affichées dans le magasin non plus quelle galère et perte de temps dommage de créer de telle applications si elle ne fonctionne pas et vous font perdre encore plus de temps!!!! **Developer response:** Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour.
