L’application ne permet pas de déverrouiller un vélo, elle n’a donc aucun intérêt par rapport à celle de gestion de l’abonnement (PBSC) qui propose également la localisation des stations et la disponibilité. En plus, on a droit à de la publicité, que l’on peut supprimer moyennant plus de 5€. Proprement scandaleux pour une app de service public et indigne des critères d’excellence auxquels Monaco aspire.
