Cheers, The Monapass Support team ### 1/5 — Everyday user *2024-11-27, version 1.9.5* Uploaded the update and it’s working even worse than earlier today. Couldn’t open it at all for travelling, paid with my Credit card. ### 4/5 — Good app, but Apple Pay integration missing *2024-06-10, version 1.9.1* I only used this app for a day while in Monaco and it worked fine as I was able to purchase a bus pass without hassle. However, paying for the same was tedious as I had to manually enter card details. Integrating with Apple Pay would make things much easier for the users. ### 1/5 — Very low quality *2024-05-15, version 1.8.7* For example it is very hard if not impossible to change payment card. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Outdated and buggy *2024-04-28, version 1.8.7* Impossible to add a card, the app goes into a « wrong password » loop. Worse, it locks you out after 6 logins, a security practice from the 90s no one implements anymore. It’s unintuitive, complex to use and doesn’t even support Apple Pay. The 2000s called and want their application back. Waste of government money, poor execution and no quality control. Welcome to Monaco. ### 5/5 — Works as intended *2024-02-10, version 1.8.6* Was able to buy a pass, then board the Monaco bus. Would love if they could add Apple Pay, but other then that, no complaints. ### 1/5 — Terrible…Very Buggy not worth the time *2024-01-01, version 1.8.6* As a developer myself this is a disgrace to the App Store. When it works the functionality is there, however it is so clunky and scarcely works that this app has cost me far more than just paying cash at every available time. I highly recommend that they up their game and sort out this rubbish app. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing excuse for app *2023-06-28* App works around 20% of the time.
