When I was trying for my second kid, I had Meagan as a nutritional guide. She helped me prepare my body and mind for the pregnancy ahead. I leaned so much from her and only stopped when I got pregnant with my son. I look forward to using her again in the future. 10/10 recommend ❤️

Meagan helped me lose a ton of weight and get my life back on track. She’s an incredible trainer and an incredible human. This app makes it easy to set up a routine and get her guidance clearly and efficiently. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
