Unstable app guys, keeps crashing. Using an I
Ad pro. Up to date. When attempting sign in, spins and spins on. When and if I ever am open the app, screen goes white. Usually when playing contest game. Has bugs for sure. Screen won’t flip from portrait to landscape. Ghost shadows on poker icons. Yep, it has issues.

I downloaded the app because of a poker contest. The game is not playable on a mobile phone. Interface is beyond horrendous. Uninstalling….

I love Atlantis Reno and want to love the rewards app but the current offering is barely functional, to the point where i just access the portal through the website on mobile browser. 

Difficulties logging in, needing to sign back in every time you revisit the app, no recognition of saved passwords or ability to use biometric unlocks, long load times for each new page, and no iOS privacy nutrition label, are just some examples of very basic functionality and documentation needed to make this app useable in the first place. 

Once those basic fixes are implemented, i hope to see the app gain extra features that most other top casinos have, such as in-app mobile casino gaming! (Slots, poker, contest entries, etc.)

You can’t even link your card to the app, it keeps stating an error has occurred try again later. It doesn’t matter how often you try, it keeps giving the same error message. Other casino apps, all you have to do is input your players card number and all your offers come up without having to link or put your PIN number in.

Unusable, whoever designed this put no time into making sure it would be compatible with any devices other than the one they apparently were working on, low effort, low quality, Monarch might want to consider improving this as it reflects poorly on them.

Since the rewards club app went from Atlantis to Monarch it has been a horrendous experience every time I have accessed it.  Regardless on how fast the WiFi or cell service the monarch app is super glitchy and unresponsive.  Simple requests to view menus or additional information on a restaurant/cafe bring to a 404 error.  None of the options at the bottom of the app seem to work when you press them.  The last update was on 10/2020 and I can almost guarantee you that it seems to be worse than it was prior to the last update.

First of all, what kind of app has an advertisement to download the app you're already in, on EVERY page?!?!?! Is this the person's first shot at an app?? None of the subject leaves work. Half the pages aren't even finished. This really puts a bad name on a very nice hotel🤷🏽‍♂️. Bummer for them....

This app is junk, I’m on an iPhone and nothing works. I keep trying to submit my info and keeps giving wrong birthdays and rejects everything. Looks like this app is designed for a PC not a phone application.. don’t waste your time it’s junk.. doesn’t do anything, but stay frozen..

You cant play games without screen name and when I put one in it says that name is already taken.  I put my screen name in yesterday, today it was gone.  When I tried to put it in I get a message the the name is taken, after 20 attempts I have given up, there is no way to get help.  Useless app.

This is literally the worst app I have ever used in my entire life. Built by a company that makes millions of dollars, this is what they produce? it is almost as if a three year-old designed and maintains it. I don’t know what else to say. This is ridiculous and everybody that works on this app should be fired!

Honestly, Monarch would be better off turning this app off.  It doesn’t work and leaves a really poor taste of the brand - which is a shame as the actual property is terrific.  Building a mobile app is table stakes these days and quite simple.  Spend a little mo ey and get it right or shut it down.

If you look in the rewards it says complimentary drinks but if you have over 30$ in the machine been playing slots and roulette for hours and have the players card that give supposedly “free drinks” but you still gotta bet wager or lose 40$ for it to be comped false advertising to the point it’s just a scam for money

Hello! Can we get some enhancements to the app now? Do you have a roadmap or is all DEV shuttered? I’m doing lots of DEV for other casino apps and basic configurations are lacking on this one. Please enable biometrics or saved login at the very least so users don’t have to continue to manually enter login.

I feel like there are always comped rooms available for this low roller because I’m the only person willing to spend hours screwing around with this terrible app just to book them. 

Maybe just leave it the way it is then?

I am giving this app 1 star because it's not really great. I was the UI/UX developer for this app and I worked uphill against company policies the entire time it was being developed. The dev team was incapable of putting together even the simplest screens because the company (Nasdaq: MCRI) as a whole lacks good leaders and the CEO changes his mind on important guest facing products (like this) without consulting those with the ability and know-how to say "that's a horrible idea." I would not recommend Atlantis, Monarch or any of their properties as places to spend your money. Do not use this app - you are better off using the website through a mobile browser - the app offers nothing native to iOS or Android. If you've had sign-in issues or have sseen incorrect data (or other users' data) in your account, it is the direct rsult of the incomptence of the IT dept. and the CEO.

I have gone Atlantis resort for years but after regular unreliable app and being told by a manager today that they don’t care that I have been loyal to them for years I will no longer go to their casino! No wonder their app and service have the worst ratings.

This app NEVER works. Similar to the internet, electricity (elevators) hot tubs, …there is always an excuse but it is constant. The line to check in can be hours and that is okay with them. Also the seem to make money error in their favor more than average.

There’s nothing special about the app, very straight forward. The difficulty is opening it, it doesn’t want to upload most times when opened. They need a better designer.
