How unusual. ### 1/5 — Do your customer really need to come to social media to seek your attention？ *2025-11-09* I purchased a waterproof down coat from Moncler, advertised as a “technical water-repellant satin” fabric. During a trip, I stored it together with my red Moncler ski pants, and the coat became visibly color-stained—the dye penetrated the fabric. If the fabric is truly water-repellant, this kind of absorption should not occur, which clearly shows a material or coating defect. I contacted Moncler’s customer service to ask how to remove the color stains. They confirmed my case and promised to reply within 1–2 business days, but it has been more than two weeks and there has been no reply at all, even after I followed up. Your service is truly disappointing. As a luxury outerwear brand, Moncler’s response is unacceptable. Do your customers really need to come to social media to seek your attention when your support team refuses to respond? One pair of sneakers did not fit, so I sent it back for a refund. I was told it could not be returned because it did not have a QR code with it. The shoes were never taken out of the box and there was no QR code included. Several calls to customer service were unhelpful. The employees were rude condescending and unwilling to help.
