No answer from Mondaine to help us fix the issue. We have owned this clock for a long time and will probably have to get something else, which is a shame as it reminds is of time spent in Switzerland. I realise they have updated the clock and launcehd the wifi version, but I would have hoped they would still help those that bought the older bluetooth wall clock. ### 1/5 — Stop2Go Wanduhr *2024-03-31, version 14.2* Einfach nur die Uhr auf Sommerzeit umstellen ist echt, für einen "Nicht IT Fachmann", sehr kompliziert und nicht wirklich Nachvollziebar. What a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Uhr funktioniert nicht *2023-08-26, version 14.2* Ich habe meine Stop 2Go Wanduhr jetzt seit 10 Monaten. Das erste Einstellen mit der Uhr hat gut funktioniert. Da konnte ich die schlechten Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Den Wechsel von Winterzeit auf Sommerzeit hat die Uhr dann aber nicht mehr mitgemacht und ließ sich durch die App auch nicht stellen. Batteriewechsel und Löschen der App haben nicht geholfen. Eine E-Mail an den Hersteller blieb ohne Antwort. Zumindest hat sie sich nach dem erneuten Batterieeinlegen wieder auf die Winterzeit eingestellt. Da war es aber Mai. Ok, läuft halt eine Stunde nach. Seit dem regulären Batteriewechsel geht gar nichts mehr. Es baut sich keine Bluetoothverbindung auf und die Uhr stellt sich nicht ein. Die Zeiger rotieren nur. Eine manuelle Einstellung funktioniert nicht. Wait for the time of day to coincide with the clock’s time. Insert battery and hop the “Stop to go” characterisic happens at the 60/00 time step. The app is useless. Wifi time is a fantasy. I played with the app, also sought Youtube help. Trashed the app, stopped WiFi, and hoped for the best when reinserting battery. Well, almost. The hop happens a couple seconds after the 60/00 spot. In last step, the “pickers” are the digital numbers on the app page that must be scrolled to match the time indicated by the clock hands — for example, both the hands of the clock point to the right (3:15) and the numbers on the app face are adjusted to 3 hours and 15 minutes. Once you have those steps completed, you press the final synch button and the time on the clock will synch with the time on your iPad or iPhone so that the time on the clock will change to the next minute precisely at the same moment your iPad or iPhone changes to the next minute. The instructions are confusing since you never adjust the time on the clock or on the app to the actual “real” time — The “real” time appears on the clock automatically once you have gone through the steps on the app, which causes the clock to synch with your iPad or iPhone. ### 5/5 — The App is for the stop2go wall clock *2020-09-24, version 14.2* Clearly some people are idiots and believe this is an Apple watch app or a screensaver clock. It’s the smart app that syncs to your stop2go wall clock, the same way your wattbike app syncs to your wattbike.
