Takes care of all our needs from lead to deal to deployment to service cases ! With the new Ai features the sky is the limit . ### 3/5 — It’s a slow app that glitches *2026-07-17* We use this in our Salon and Spa to be in communication with our team, we have a daily carryover note that we do for each month and by the time you get to the 15th you cannot open it on your phone and if you try to type something, it deletes it and when you open it on a computer, everything is mixed up. The site forces mobile uses to the app. So I download the app. App requires a login including my email address. Finally get the app installed and it’s a monster. Try opening the link again … just brings me back to the app, no doc in sight. So I asked Monday’s AI… it told me to try opening the link in a browser! (So I did, which sent me back to the app…) Now that I’ve uninstalled, I can start working on getting them to forget my email address… ### 1/5 — Unethical. *2026-08-24, version 5.41.2* I’m forced to use this platform for my full time job and it really weighs on my conscious that they are a Zionist company who supports the genocide/ecocide of Palestine and it’s indigenous peoples. I run two businesses with over 30 employees, and this software has truly streamlined our operations and made my life significantly easier. The automated reminders ensure we don’t miss important tasks or deadlines, and the overall structure keeps everything organized across teams. At one point, I had to step away from my businesses for a few months due to illness, but the automated systems we had built on Monday kept everything running smoothly in my absence. I’ve tried other work management tools, but Monday really sets the standard. It’s an investment, but the level of organization and efficiency it brings more than pays for itself by improving productivity and driving results. It’s easily one of my top three most important apps. I’m looking forward to even stronger security features to further protect files and information in the future.
