Monefic makes personal and household money management simple. Track income and expenses, organize accounts, manage budgets and savings goals, set aside money for future spending, and understand where your money goes—all in one clear, visual workspace. ADD TRANSACTIONS WITH EASE Record income and expenses through a guided chat flow, or import existing data. Organize every transaction with categories, tags, accounts, and participants. Use flexible filters to combine or exclude categories and tags, find untagged transactions, and quickly narrow down your history. ORGANIZE SPENDING WITH COLLECTIONS Group related transactions into collections for things like trips, renovations, events, or any other purpose. A transaction can belong to multiple collections, and each collection can have its own cover image. See how much you spent, how much was refunded, and the final cost of each collection. You can also filter transactions and statistics by collection for a focused view. MANAGE MONEY WITH FUNDS Create funds for money received or set aside for future expenses. Track the source and available balance, and use a fund to cover all or part of a transaction. Funds and expenses can use different currencies, and completed funds can be closed or reopened whenever needed. WORK ACROSS CURRENCIES Track accounts and transactions in multiple currencies and convert totals into a target currency using rates you control. Monefic handles cross-currency transactions when calculating account balances, clearly marks approximate values, and warns you when an exchange rate is missing. You can also reconcile existing account balances and preview changes before applying them. KEEP YOUR DATA PORTABLE Use optional iCloud sync to keep your data available across your devices. Check the last successful sync, manually refresh your data when needed, and review how much information is stored. Export selected transactions as a readable text report, CSV, or JSON. Choose the period, accounts, transaction types, and whether to include notes. KEEP BALANCES PRIVATE Hide balances whenever you need more privacy. A single transaction can belong to multiple collections. Each collection can have its own cover image and shows total spending, refunds, and final cost. You can also filter transactions and statistics by collection. **Funds** Funds are now available for money set aside for future expenses. You can specify the source and available balance, cover a transaction fully or partially from a fund, and work with different currencies. Completed funds can be closed and reopened when needed. **Advanced Filters** Transaction filtering is now much more flexible. Combine categories, tags, and tag groups, match any or all tags, exclude specific values, and quickly find transactions without tags. **Statistics** You can now view statistics for individual collections. Calculations for multiple currencies, refunds, and fund-paid expenses have been improved. The app will also warn you when an exchange rate is missing. **Accounts & Currencies** Account balances now handle transactions in different currencies more accurately. Approximate balances are clearly marked, missing exchange rates are highlighted, and older balances can be reconciled with a preview of the changes. **iCloud** iCloud sync has been improved for refunds, collections, cover images, and funds. Manual sync, forced refresh, and the time of the last successful sync are now available. **Privacy** You can now launch the app with balances already hidden, so sensitive amounts are not shown immediately when the app opens.
