After the latest update, I noticed that the widget on the home screen isn’t working correctly. It keeps showing the balance I had before the update. Sometimes the current balance appears for a moment, but then it switches back to the old one. This happens for both my main and savings accounts. Reinstalling the app and re-adding the widget didn’t help.

App worked well until some time ago. Now on an iPad (iPad Air 2023, iPadOS 18) it repeatedly crashes on start and cannot be used at all. It works fine on an iPhone 14 (iOS 17). Maybe some OS18-related bug?

Investment can not be added to first main page, invesťment details can not be viewed using time period(last month, last 6, last year….). All of that is available at Airbank app though. Space for catching up with the competition.

Po poslednim update porad vsude vyskakuje nabidka penzijniho sporeni, jako po kazde platbe zadane v mobilnim bankovnictvi musim odklikavat, ze tento produkt nechci je extremne otravne.

By far the best app out there. If you are an English speaker this app and bank are by far the best in the Czech Republic! It’s modern, young and a fresh example of what a bank should be. Highly recommended!

So I’ve been trying to raise my payment limits and the app says “limits updated, refresh the page” and nothing happens - the limits are still the same. Then it turned out that since I was doing it around midnight, it wasn’t possible to change, but why tf does it says “limits updated” then?? Not to even mention that it shouldn’t even be dependent on the time of the day..
To add insult to an injury now after the limits are actually updated on the following morning I still cannot pay my online order, this time it says “insufficient funds” when clearly both funds are limits are fine..this app and the bank is a total rubbish, avoid if you want to have command over your money

UI is fine but the connection is sometimes incredibly poor up to the point the app virtually stops working exactly when I need it. The other banking apps I use work seamlessly compared to this one, unfortunately.

Probably the best banking app on our market but there is no vertical mode on iPad. Also, I hope that the bar on the right side that takes up half of my screen with product offers that I have no interest in, is a bug.

Apple Watch app is not working after latest update. I have latest versions of iOS and WatchOS and Apple Watch Ultra. Recently it works fine, now I can see only spinning wheel... Reboot and reinstall solved nothing.

I have several accounts at Moneta and usually they are all visible in the app. But every now and then, one of my products disappears. Quite frankly, that makes me nervous. Hope you’ll deal with it soon.

Už tři dny čekám na ověření , a jedinné co vidím je zprava “ ještě na tom pracujeme , aplikaci můžete zavřít a zkontrolovat později “ takže aplikace bude odinstalovana a nebudu už dál čekat . Toto není servis který bych očekával.

Aplikaci není možno spustit a po instalaci ukáže error “Something went wrong, please try again later”. Tento error přetrvává již několik měsíců. IOS software je aktualizován a aplikaci jsem několikrát odinstalovala a nainstalovala znovu, bez úspěchu.

They have the website and the app available in English. Then you sent them an appointment request via their website, so you can stop by at the branch to open your account. Then, they call you back to supposedly confirm the exact time of the appointment. And guess what: they will speak only in Czech over the phone (!?) and will not give you the chance to try to understand what they are telling. If the request was submitted in the English version of the website, only two options would be acceptable: 1) an English speaking person should make the call or 2)instead of calling, they could text via WhatsApp or maybe a chat feature within the website. That way we could have the chance to user a translator for the communication. It’s really nonsense.
