Oh yeah... crazy that when you call the # you only 2 options are press 1 if your having trouble logging into your account or press 2 if your having trouble cashing your check. I also ended up finding out they stole my identity. All the way bs. DO NOT GET THIS APP... There are much better options for you! ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE ITS A SCAM *2018-10-30* Registered and submitted a check for cashing. After the app collected my check, driver’s license, check my credit to verify my identity the app no longer worked and my account was disabled. Called customer service and was told multiple things: (1) my account hasn’t been verified/activated (not true since I received confirmation of my account creation, (2) the app works intermittently and they are aware, (3) your not eligible for the service and I don’t know why and I don’t know where your information was sent and if your check was processed/cashed. Definitely a SCAM! Stay away. I am looking into seeking legal remedies. ### 1/5 — Useless *2018-10-10* Useless app. Every check I tried to cash I would get some error or excuse... “ experiencing technical issues.. try again” or “ we have detected a server error” etc. are you just trying to collect information??? ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2015-11-01, version 2.0* The customer service employees are very rude, and unhelpful. I spoke to about6 different people who all have me a different answer, or said they would call me back and never did.
