DONT BOTHER ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2011-07-25* I checked out and downloaded this app because of a positive review in my local newspaper. I found the program to crash constantly and was very unstable. I removed it after only one week of use. There are better apps out there because you can't get much worse than this one. **Developer response:** Is it possible the free version of a competitor App was downloaded? It is not the Registered MoneyDiary version. Your MoneyDiary has gone through extensive technical testing. It has successfully run on many platforms. ### 1/5 — Confused *2011-07-15* I don't even know what to do with this app...there are already a bunch of random entries in it that I did not make & I can't find instructions anywhere!! **Developer response:** Thank you for your comment. We recognize your time is valuable. We pre-populate the fields to allow a quick test drive of the advance features on the bottom of the screen before making your own entries. The advance features allow quick and easy reporting. The Find feature on the bottom right (Binocular/MoneyDiary icon) is to list only the entries you would like to see, email, or total. The middle (currency icon) will sum and display a total of your listed "Find" entries. The email (mail icon) feature on the bottom left allows you to send and import your report to a spreadsheet. Thanks again.   your help@MoneyDiaryCentral.com ### 2/5 — Needless extra steps to enter data + Kicks you out in the middle of the process *2019-02-25* 1) The various entry fields are pre-populated and you have to delete the sample placeholders to enter your own data. This is unnecessary, as the data field titles are sufficient for you to know what to enter. 2) Every so often (far too often), the app will kick you out just as you are entering the last data field and you have to start over again. **Developer response:** Thank you for your comments and suggestions. Please try turning your device all the way off, wait a minute or so, and turn it back on. This should correct "kicking out" due to inaccessible program memory. It is recommended to do this when you see a performance change in any of your Apps. You will immediately notice increased response. The offending App is not necessarily the one running.
