This is now the second time I have transferred money out, and on both occasions I have encountered the same issues. The transfer-out process is extremely slow, communication is poor, and I have had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed. I understand that transfers can take time, but the lack of transparency and repeated delays are unacceptable. What is most concerning is that this is not a one-off problem—it has happened twice, suggesting there are ongoing issues with their transfer process. While investing with Moneyfarm may seem straightforward, accessing your money when you want to leave is a completely different experience. The information given is crystal clear. They keep us up to date about overall market conditions. I have setup a number of appointments with Moneyfarm, they fail to attend every one, I have sent emails, never a response. They have ridiculous fees compared to other companies. It takes days to withdraw money. Now I'm trying to transfer my deposit to my bank, and they tell me it's not possible due to IT issues. They say they'll let me know in the future. I've never seen such poor service for such a high fee. I don't recommend it to anyone.
