Last year, there was a period when transfers to India were taking quite a long time to be credited, which was a little disappointing. However, they have really turned things around! I’ve completed 3 transactions recently, and each time the money was credited in less than 10 hours. 👏 The UI is simple and user-friendly, and the overall transaction experience is smooth and hassle-free. I made a transaction nearly 12 days ago—over $8000—and it’s still stuck in pending status with no valid reason provided. I have an urgent emergency in India, and despite repeatedly following up, all I’ve received are fake promises and false hope, especially from *Monica* and the so-called manager *Rishi*. The entire support team is unhelpful, dishonest, and shows zero accountability. Every staff member I’ve spoken to has lied or given contradictory answers. This app has caused me immense stress and financial difficulty. DO NOT trust them with your money.
