I first tried it to pay my SSS Loan. After 90 days, it's still not posted. Until such time I already incurred penalty. Then the money just went back to my moneygment account with no notifications at all. SSS advised me not to use this app anymore. Now, I tried to transfer the returned money to my bank account (take note: fee is 150) so I can just use it for other purposes. It was 2 weeks ago and the money never came into my bank account. You guys need to fix your app ASAP or else you’ll be out in business. This is a friendly advice. 🙂 ### 1/5 — USELESS APP *2022-02-24, version 15.1.10* THIS APP WILL GIVE YOU HEADACHE. Never use this, if you don't want to stress out yourself. I tried using it to pay my SSS, and it was cancelled and now I’m being charged with an interest. I gave it chance, they gave back my money in the App, and it took over a month! And when I finally got my money back, I sent it to a bank acc because I thought it will be easier.. and until now, I dont know where my money is!!!! ### 1/5 — It’s a scam! *2022-02-16, version 15.1.10* I made a cash out transaction on Feb. 4, 2022. They said, it will be credited in 2-3 business days. Today is Feb. 16 and no amount has been credited to the recepient’s account. This is their response: “ I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. We value our customers' time, and this should not have happened. This has been relayed to the appropriate department. We are prioritizing this and our team is already working to complete your transaction. We'll notify you as soon as this is posted. We appreciate your patience and utmost understanding on this matter. Thank you!” It only shows how incompetent they are. I wonder which department my transaction was referred to. FORGET ABOUT THIS APP! ### 1/5 — Worst app for fund transfers *2022-01-27, version 15.1.10* I was supposed to use this to pay for my Philhealth, but found that that function wasn’t working. When I transferred my money out of the app into my bank account, they charged a P150 fee to do so and yet, I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE MONEY TILL NOW AND IT HAS BEEN WEEKS. I have been repeatedly emailing customer service, but they couldn’t give me a definite date as to when I would receive my money. I’m starting to think this app is a scam. ### 1/5 — Takes time and high fee *2021-12-10, version 15.1.10* The app has the option to pay SSS Salary loan. The catch though is it takes time to Top Up your wallet, 2-3 business days and still has to email their customer service to inform them of the Top Up, so do not pay on your due date. Moreover, it you want to level up your account to do big amount transactions, you must have an ID with a birthdate, otherwise that will take another back and forth conversation with CSR. It is understandable that BSP is regulating them but at least update their list of Acceptance IDs WITH BIRTHDATE. I ended up cashing out my wallet and transferring it back To my bank account, again it will take 2-3 days and 150 PESOS fee. ### 1/5 — MisMoneygment! BEWARE! *2021-12-01, version 15.1.10* I paid my SSS loan thru this crapp on 05-Nov to allow these guys enough time to post the payment to SSS (PRN expires at the end of the month). It’s December now but the payment hasn’t been posted and no word from these guys about it! Worst part is, this isn’t the first time this happened! Now I end up having to pay for penalties (again) for missed payments, and I couldn’t get my funds back because no one is responding to my emails! If your system isn’t competent enough to complete the services it promised, then it’s time to bring this app down! I’m starting to think this is a legitimized scam app that Apple need to be aware of! This is such a huge inconvenience! ### 1/5 — Late posting of payment, poor support service *2021-10-27, version 15.1.9* Mid July I settled my total loan balance from SSS. It was not posted until August, when SSS had already added interest/penalty to my loan balance. Moneygment said if there’s any additional amount that was incurred, they will coordinate with SSS to reverse it. Come 3 months later, after a LOT of email follow ups and reassurance from them that “someone will get back to me” or it was “forwarded to the concerned department” or whatever non sense they had to give me just to keep me going back and forth, I still have an amount left to pay in my balance. This is just frustrating. ### 1/5 — SCAM page *2021-10-15, version 15.1.8* This page is a SCAM. Beware sending money and providing your financial account. ### 1/5 — Scam! *2021-09-14, version 15.1.5* Poor service!!! Not even worth of a star! No matter how early you pay thru them, they will keep on delaying it. This payment app is a trash! Do not make your transactions here esp. government transactions like SSS. ### 1/5 — Slow service *2021-08-26, version 15.1.4* I want to pay bills through this app but it took so long for them to pay it. Unreliable. Maybe they need 3 months to process your payment. 🤦🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Pointless *2021-07-23, version 15.1.2* I searched about this app as being the app that I can use to pay the balance of my salary loan online however, it is so funny that the only way for you to top up is either you still need to go out or wait for how many days for you to successfully top-up from banks to this app using pesonet. It’s so pointless to use this app because this doesn’t even reach the level of gcash in terms of how effective and efficient it is to use anytime and anywhere without the need to go out (which is the actual main reason why I’m trying to pay via e-wallet to avoid facing others due to the pandemic). It’s so ironic how I still ended up paying via bayad center and already cleared my loan now while I’m still waiting for my money to reflect in BDO so I can top-up here. It’s such a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Good Cs at the moment *2021-06-14, version 15.0.5* the customer service will reply to you after 3days. they will ask a question and will reply after 7days!! Very slow and bad customer service provided. In the past the chat option is commendable but now that they change to fb messenger is a disaster. I dont know if I will still use this app. I will try to use coins.ph instead. Im increasing the rate as the new CS after so many email became responsive and efficient in replying on me. Hopefully the management at the back of this app will maintain it ### 3/5 — payment for philhealth is not working! *2021-06-07, version 15.0.5* I was trying to find a way to pay my philhealth online since I am in the province and my house is 2 hours drive from the city. I always check the 3 philhealth tab in the app for a month but it just give me a notice that they are still working on it. When will this be fix so that we can pay online? ### 1/5 — This apps is a trap; useless *2021-04-27, version 15.0.2* I read about this apps in YT and I agree that its a trap. Putting your money into the apps is easy but moving out your money is a big disappointment. Functions like paying bills is not working at all. When you take out your money, They apply a lot of fees like apps fee 120 plus another fee of 25. I agree, its a scam! April 27, 2021. I got a reply from my previous review from togetech thru Apple. I wont dare to write to their customer care because I did wrote them before regarding my SSS payment...and good heavens, I got a reply from the Customer Service Rep after 14days!...and the reply did not even help. I still got the emails and screenshots with me. So, what else is good about their service? A 1-star could not even fit to describe their outrageous services!...Anyway, it should be lesson learnt, if they would...reduce their escessive fund transfer fees, improve their poor customer support services and do something with their outdated app ### 1/5 — warning *2021-04-08, version 15.0.0* PRN payment for you contribution, is not posted or even update you for the status, this should be posted realtime. I have been waiting for almost 2 mos. now. Recommend to use Paypal, debit card, union or bpi bank. do not use this app (update: now got refunded, i immediately transfer my credit to my bank, i zero'd my credit and uninstalled after a traumatic experience to this app) ### 1/5 — Customer service is slow and non-responsive! *2021-03-24, version 14.2.32* I paid my SSS contribution thru Moneygment app last March 3, 2021. Until now (March 25), the payment is still not posted in my SSS account. I contacted their customer service for an update a week ago, both email and Facebook, and no response. I do not recommend using their services. SSS mobile app offers more payment methods for your contributions such as Paymaya, debit/credit card, and BPI, and posting to SSS account is instant! ### 1/5 — Payment posting takes too long *2021-03-12, version 14.2.32* Tried using this app for SSS payment twice and it always takes more than a month before it gets posted. The last transaction that I had was a bit concerning because I didn’t receive any updates despite of follow ups. I transferred php1300 fees included, last February 13 to my bank account. Until now I never received it yet. I kept emailing customer service but they said they will follow up. To everyone please proceed with extra extra caution. There are other ways to pay your bills. But I don’t definitely recommend this service. Very unreliable. I don’t trust it anymore. ### 1/5 — SCAM - Do not use this app *2025-06-23, version 15.1.23* I initially used them to pay for the SSS contributions of my parents and helper for more than a year only to find out that none of the payments have gone through. Now that the money was “processed back” to my Moneygment account.. I processed for it to be “cashed out” so I can get it back to my bank account. Guess what? I’ve reached out to BSP and they’ve been stringing me for more than 2months now since April 19 and I still haven’t gotten a single cent in my account. Please go ahead and submit a complaint to BSP, the name of their company is actually Togetech Inc. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-05-26, version 15.1.23* It took me almost a month to credit my payment to my account in moneygment. When I was about to withdraw it,all means have an issue. The customer rep assisted and they deducted my money from rhe account but even after almost 2 months,it was not received in the destination account. No timely and relevant updates from them even numerous follow-ups. They reply once a week saying they are looking into it. ### 1/5 — Very Delay processing *2024-11-07, version 15.1.21* I make the transaction to trasfer my fund from the app to my account on february 2024, until now its not been processed. Its been 9 months now ### 1/5 — Always delay *2024-03-26, version 15.1.18* Bad experience. It took a month to finish the transaction. I sent money through their app March 3, 2024 and until now March 25 there’s no news in the remittance. Everyday i sent an email to follow up and they says still in progress. My Mom badly need the money and local remittance takes a weeks/months to complete. Better to use other app not recommended this one. If you want a good review, give me an update with the remittance i made. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS!!! *2023-08-07, version 15.1.17* SSS Contributions were not remitted on time even if you pay before the SSS deadline causing you to miss contributions! Cash put fee is PHP150 and it is not even real-time.. now guess what?! After more than a month of waiting… there is still no sign of the money that is supposed to be transferred to my bank account and they have already charged me the PHP150!!! Then customer care will just answer you with their scripted “we understand your frustrations and we have escalated your concern blah blah blah”! ### 1/5 — service is horrible.. will not recommend *2023-05-22, version 15.1.17* Can’t understand why it takes so long for them to process the cash out? Of course anyone will feel frustrated because money is involved. Their customer service only kept saying sorry for the delayed but I think they did not do anything about it. They will tell you processing time is 1-3 business days but it takes forever. 😤😤😤 Also with the SSS contribution payment, it is so disappointing that 6 months contribution was not posted. They will only take action if you e-mailed them and ask for explanation/update. But still thankful that they refunded the amount paid for the 6-month contribution but yet as I said takes forever to process the cash out. I hope you will do something about your processing time of the transactions especially the posting of contributions to the SSS portal because now a days, people will look for apps that will make things easier. You only wasted my time. 😩😩 ### 1/5 — Log in Error *2023-02-18, version 15.1.17* Cant even log in, always shows up an error from logging in despite the correct username and pass. ### 1/5 — Danger! Beware! *2022-05-21, version 15.1.12* Fact: My payments to the Philippine Social Security System were acknowledged as remitted via email immediately following my transactions on this app. Then six (6) months later I received another email informing me that two of my earlier payments were in fact, unsuccessful and the funds are back in my wallet. 1. There could very well be late payment penalties which this app simply glossed over 2. To get your money out of this app’s wallet, they will charge you again another processing fee 3. This app reeks of a scam to just use processing fees as its business model 4. I have brought this to the attention of the Philippine Social Security System and the Philippine Department of Trade ### 1/5 — Do not use *2022-03-23, version 15.1.10* Do not use this provider as they don’t remit payments on time. They are always blaming that they had a system glitch thus, they weren’t able to send the payments on time. But that system glitch has been their excuse for two years now. Moreover, you need to follow up with them every time for the payments to be posted and their usual response is that they already sent it to the concerned team. Moneygment is not a global corporation with thousands of employees for them to take weeks or even months to talk to other departments. I now had numerous lapsed payments to SSS and Pag-IBIG because of them.
