### 3/5 — Access code

*2020-03-10, version 2.47*

Since the last update I keep getting logged out on my iPhone and have to login to the website and provide a new access code. Every time I open the app. Love the app just wished it would save my login access code.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2019-12-30, version 2.44*

I have used a lot of money apps and this ranks as one of my favorites. I like it better than Mint. The only feature I wish this program had was to keep track of my cash flow and project future balances. I use another app for that but would be really nice to have in one place.

### 5/5 — Amazing interface and very easy to use

*2019-12-13, version 2.44*

The app is by far the best PFM I’ve used. The interface is simple, the results are clear, and it allows me to do everything in one spot.

### 5/5 — Keeps me on track

*2019-11-20, version 2.44*

Great app with a very intuitive interface for budgeting and seeing all your accounts in the same place.

### 5/5 — Really great for management and great costumer service

*2019-10-31, version 2.44*

Really enjoy the app so far! I had an issue adding an account but the support team helped me resolve the issue quickly! It’s extremely helpful to see all my finances at my figure tips, especially since I’m trying to pay down my student debt.

### 4/5 — Simple enough

*2019-06-26, version 2.35*

This app while simple enough still needs some fine tuning as the checks appear as “checks” not to whom they were written making one have to go back and reclassify. Would be very nice if several more categories for tax purposes.

### 4/5 — Nice way to track finances

*2019-06-03, version 2.35*

Very much like Mint without the nuisance adds and with more features. This could be my go to personal finance app for budgeting.
Crashes consistently using Touch ID, so I disabled that and enter a passcode.

### 4/5 — Awesome

*2019-03-20, version 2.35*

It’s everything I’ve been tracking manually for waaaay too long. Only downside is that the app is missing some of the best features of the desktop version, like debt planning, goal management, and so on. Add those here and there’s nothing finer!

### 5/5 — So functional

*2019-01-12, version 2.35*

Auto-import and categorizing takes 80% of the work out of budgeting. Then the budgeting tools make the remaining 20% much easier than usual as well.

### 5/5 — Love my money

*2018-12-16, version 2.35*

Great app. Keeps me organized. Has really helped my marriage.

### 5/5 — Allows for Easy Glance at All Accounts

*2018-11-02, version 2.35*

Each morning I can log in and view how the market affected my 401K accounts, as well as my credit union checking, savings and credit card accounts. It’s also allows for an easy way to see how much I spend in various categories.

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2018-10-02, version 2.33*

So nice to have all my accounts in one place. Simple and effective. The categorization of my expenditures is extremely beneficial when budgeting.

### 4/5 — Looks really good - new user

*2018-09-30, version 2.33*

This app, along with the online interface, is highly effective at keeping track of debts and expenses. It is a bit wonky with budgets when you have a pay day at the end of one month that’s actually spent (budgeted) for the following month. I’m hoping after more months of use a better pattern will emerge.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible Updated Versions

*2022-04-23, version 6.1.1*

I used and enjoyed this app for a long time until it stopped functioning consistently over the past couple of months. Not sure what happened, but customer service/IT could not resolve my issues. Accounts were not connecting or updating at all. And I kept getting logged off of the app requiring an authentication code requiring me to log onto the desktop version each time. Defeated the purpose of having the app. I just recently made the decision to delete the app after multiple attempts to have IT resolve my connectivity issues with no response or remedy. As of today, my main bank accounts which should automatically be linked to the app are not updating. -Deleted

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2022-04-14, version 6.1.1*

This App underwent a recent redesign. Now the App is completely unusable. Fails to sync. Will only sync when deleting and reinstalling the App.

### 1/5 — Login

*2022-02-23, version 6.1*

Kept having to go back to the moneydesktop site to get a new code every time I use the app.

### 1/5 — Access Code

*2020-03-21, version 2.49*

I seem to be having the same problem as a lot of people lately. Normally I love the app, but since the last update it will log me out and ask for another access code every time I want to check it. MoneyMobile PLEASE FIX THIS!

### 1/5 — Keeps asking for access code

*2020-03-10, version 2.47*

System keeps kicking me out and access for an access code every time I try to open the app. I’ve added it multiple times.

### 1/5 — Update screwing app up

*2020-03-05, version 2.47*

I am unable to login with passcode. App keeps asking for access code after I assigned passcode. Passcode will work for a couple hours only. App was worth having prior to last update. UGH!!

### 1/5 — If it only worked!

*2019-12-13, version 2.44*

I’ve been using this app for two years now and have been let down time and time again! It is a powerful program with a lot of potential but it doesn’t work right. I spend more time trying to reconnect and sync all my accounts than I actually do using the program. I have to reconnect 80% of my accounts every time I log in. On several occasions I have had to completely delete accounts and reconnect them. I will never use this program again and will spread the word about its failing design to everyone I know, because when I contacted support, they told me it wasn’t their fault.

### 1/5 — New update ruins entire app

*2015-02-13, version 2.0.2*

The look is modern, yes. But the app force closes any time I want to look at any specific transactions, it cancelled out of all my security measures I enabled so anyone could get onto my app and access my banking history, it erased all the history of how I labeled each transaction under a category, and it reset all budgets. Terrible. I don't even want to spend all the time it would take to reset everything and all my history of transactions in order to use this again. If it isn't fixed and all my personal settings brought back, I will delete.

### 2/5 — Broken login, late updates

*2016-07-30, version 2.14*

This app could be solid and useful. But it logs me out for no reason daily, and in order to log in you have to go to your bank's website on your computer. You can't login on without a computer! In 2016!! The other problem is that updates seem to be always a day behind. So if you are relying on this app for up-to-date info, you're better off checking your account some other way. Finally there is support, which seems nonexistent since I submitted 2 support requests a week ago and have received no communication back… not even confirmation that my tickets were received. 2 stars for being a more convenient way to access my technically challenged credit union *when the dang app works*.

### 2/5 — Better, but still not quite there

*2013-02-06, version 1.3.1*

This app is significantly improved in terms if design than the previous app for io5; however, it still suffers in the account update function. Just like the old version accounts are constantly out of date even if you refresh them. This is a major problem if you are trying to use the app to help see how much you have left in your budget when you are out shopping. Also just like the old app they have a bunch of fake glowing reviews. Mobile money is better, but has a way to go to actually being functional and useful.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Such a helpful app

*2022-07-30, version 6.1.2*

This app makes combining all my financial accounts so easy and simple. It’s saves me so much time by having all my balances and transactions all in one place — total game changer!

### 5/5 — Future items

*2021-05-11, version 2.54*

Can you add a section to track future bills?

### 5/5 — Convenient and helpful

*2021-04-04, version 2.54*

This app -synced with my bank account, credit card, etc.- has made keeping track of my spending habits and trends so much easier and has made budgeting less tedious. I have found it to be very useful and easy to work with.

### 5/5 — Better than Truebill. Accounts are synced perfectly, no disconnects.

*2020-10-18, version 2.54*

Really good!

### 5/5 — Great way to track finances

*2020-09-13, version 2.53*

MoneyMap and MoneyMobile provide an easy and fun way to track all of my finances.

I’ve been able to link all of my accounts and the system automatically generates budgets and provides insights on my spending and savings.

I also really enjoy seeing all of my transactions updated and categorized in a clean and easy to read format. It’s more intuitive than an Apple Card, and allows me to see all of my spending in one place.

This is a great app for anyone interested in proactively managing their money.

### 5/5 — Easy

*2020-07-01, version 2.49*

I enjoyed it

### 5/5 — Knowing is half the battle

*2020-03-26, version 2.49*

The categorization of where my money is going is spot on. Now that I can see what I am already doing including overall net worth I’m that much more motivated to change bad behavior into good financial choices!

### 5/5 — This is PHENOMENAL

*2020-03-11, version 2.47*

Finally, I can have everything in one place. No need for all the different apps and logins to understand my financial picture. For real though, this saves me 2 hrs a week in financial reconciliation. Love love love it!

### 5/5 — Easy Peasy

*2020-02-17, version 2.44*

So user friendly, and actually makes budgeting fun!

### 5/5 — Finally a mobile management platform that works!

*2020-02-13, version 2.44*

Mx has created something that really works and helps manage your finances. I used mint, but it was always lacking and missing things. This one adapts and learns. No more spreadsheets to plan my debt burn down and timeline!
