فكرة التطبيق جيدة لكن التطبيق سيء وخدمة العملاء سيئة جداً للأسف في حال صارت معاك مشكلة ردودهم متكررة ويريدون شرح للمشكلة اكثر من مرة لا يحتفظون بتفاصيل المحادثة ولايمكن الرجوع لها ولا تستطيع اخذ صورة من الشاشة تعقيد مركب ولا يحلون المشكلة فقط يسألون عن تفاصيل المشكلة بدون اي حل بعدها او اي رد للاسف كأنه الدردشة تتوقف وتكلم نفسك وعندما تطلع وتبدأ دردشة جديدة يسألون نفس الاسئلة لشرح المشكلة مرة ثانية وثالثة  وووو.  المشكلة بسيطة ولكن لايوجد لديهم اي رد واضح بحلها
