This app will not allow me to call the patient through the page. I have to log out and call the patient separately on my cell phone and block my number. This app is useless and should never be used. ### 2/5 — Billing is completely out of control *2024-03-16* If you have a package plan with this company run for the hills! even if you don’t go through your minutes, they still gouge you would make believe charges. They will keep doing this until you complain recently recently recently went through and we have found that they’ve been overcharging us for two years we’ve been requesting if follow up call to review our account and have also made them fully aware of the situation of overbilling. It’s been a few weeks. I still have not had a follow up with this company. Two stars is even too much for them. They still can’t even pronounce our companies name which were just finding out has been going on for over two years, Support Team is incompetent at best giving them two stars is being generous ### 1/5 — Poor communication *2024-03-02* I have received multiple calls this week even though I have informed them I am not the provider on call - come to find out they are leaving these patients in limbo - the patients do not get proper instruction and they just put it in an email account ### 1/5 — Poor app, poor functionality *2023-10-31* I get random messages when I’m not on call that I cannot respond to. I am required to click that I have confirmed receipt of a message before being able to review the message. A poor app in general. Do not use this service. ### 1/5 — Can’t even use password manager *2019-06-09* I guess this could be good as I’ve been a VoiceNation customer for multiple years. But I opened it to log in and it completely fails to allow me to use the built-in password manager support in iOS to fill my password from 1Password, so they’ve completely butchered that—how many other bugs are lurking if they can’t get something so basic right? Does it use TLS encryption like nearly 50% of apps don’t? Oh, and I got the password field to fill from 1Password if I enter the username. However it won’t submit as it says it’s wrong, so it still doesn’t work. Also cannot paste into the password field. I’m not going to type a 25-character (approx) random password in manually when it’s sitting on my clipboard and password manager on the same phone.
