The release of the desktop and mobile versions should have been at the same time. ### 1/5 — Popup banners even after paying! *2024-10-08* Used this app for five years. Every six months I get a bunch of notifications and emails to update at a cost. I did. Never saw much new in five years. Now this year they have a banner on my screen that won’t go away. I contacted them. No response. ### 1/5 — Cut off before end of year *2024-10-08* So I decided not to use moneyspire next year going forward. In early October, they cut me off from Moneyspire 2024. I cannot access my data. How am I supposed to do end of the year reports? Nobody will answer my emails. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-09-08* If you need support from these guys forget it. Strings of unanswered emails asking you for the same info over and over and no resolution. They harass you endlessly to upgrade to the latest version (which will have no significant improvements) all the while providing no support. Don’t bother.. ### 5/5 — Not sure what the other..... *2024-01-12* reviews are complaining about. Support answered me within hours. You can pay the $ and try the Money Connect feature. You have 30 days to request a full refund if it does not work or you do not like it. Its on their site under FAQ's. So far Quicken hasn't been able to fix my issue going on 5 weeks. I have had Quicken since the DOS days and updated with each version. Since being sold every year I have issues connecting to my bank after they do an update. So far this had been a great alternative. ### 1/5 — Forget about customer service *2024-01-07* This could be a great piece of software, but it has some glaring deficiencies that may or may not be able to be addressed by customer support. One will never know because customer support is so elusive. Good luck getting any support for this product; it is non-existent. Also, the price is misleading as it is NOT a one-time thing. Stay away from this product. ### 2/5 — Better Than Most But Still Lacking *2023-10-23* This is better than most as far as tracking all in one place. Compared to Quicken Simplifi, this lets you budget accurately on In vs Out. However, when you budget, you cant set something that happens every couple of months, say, like mint mobile. Also, the biggest complaint being that, if this is a full trial and I can not try the money connect feature, then what is the point? 60.00 to try out a feature that might not deliver. You guys at moneyspire are high on something. Which is probably why you are ranked super low. Also, the UI/UX needs serious work. ### 3/5 — Badly in need of a real update *2023-10-08* UI is dated. Synchronisation process is poor, app does not sync in real time and if you forget to sync or fully close it data entered is not reflected on PC. Adding a transfer doesn’t work properly, the other account is not updated.
