Unfortunately Money Supermarket is the latter . Whilst I have managed great deals with insurances etc. , trying to update the app , obtain substantial rewards etc , lack of support is infuriating. Customer services are a complete joke. Incorrect information held by Transunion that affects credit scores provided by MoneySuperMarket. It is impossible to get credit agencies to validate the information and they blame the financial institutions. If you believed my credit report I have no credit history or electoral roll presence. I have voted in all elections for the last 40 years. Is it a problem between Transunion or MoneySuperMarket? I don’t know. What I do know is that Transunion generated reports are completely wrong. At first, the status showed it was "processing", and stated I would receive a follow-up email once ready – however I have not received any further message to date.
