They took the payment, and after several days of waiting for the transfer to go through, I called to get an update. They said they needed to speak with their “partners.” I called again the next day, and there was still no update. They kept saying they were waiting for a response from their partners. I then tried to cancel the transfer, but they refused to refund my money. ### 1/5 — Money never arrived — very disappointed *2025-10-28, version 2.2.0* I sent money through this app, but it never reached the recipient. I tried contacting support multiple times and received no clear answers or resolution. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a money transfer service that should be reliable. I would not recommend this app until they fix their customer service and ensure transfers actually go through. ### 1/5 — Bugs bugs & more bugs *2024-12-11, version 1.12.4* An unstable app with multiple issues both at registration & further use. Every 24 hours it fails to recognise both the PIN & Face ID require the user to re-register. Going to payments it has issues with inserting payment details. And finally when all issues are overcome the exchange rates are lower than competitors.
