I created an account and registered but when I came back account was disabled and I dont understand why

I have been using this app for a while now and it made sending money to Ethiopia so much easier. The app is super clean and easy to use even for someone who is not tech savvy.

The fee and the exchange rate is super nice and cost effective. overall I had a great experience so far.
