## What is MonFrigo?

MonFrigo keeps track of what's in your fridge, freezer and pantry, and tells you what to eat before it goes off.

EAT SOON
Everything is sorted by how soon it expires. The things you need to use today and tomorrow sit at the top, so nothing gets forgotten at the back of the fridge.

ADD FOOD IN SECONDS
Pick from over 300 common foods and MonFrigo fills in a sensible expiry date for you. Opened something? It adjusts the date for that too.

RECIPES THAT USE WHAT YOU HAVE
Recipe suggestions are ranked to use up what's expiring first, with protein and calories per serving so you can eat well without doing the math.

A SHOPPING LIST THAT KEEPS UP
Add what's missing from a recipe in one tap. When you run out of something, it goes on the list for you. Tick items off in the store, then move them straight into your fridge.

ONE REMINDER, THE MORNING BEFORE
At most one notification a day, naming exactly what needs using. No marketing, no streaks, no badges.

ENGLISH AND FRENCH
MonFrigo is fully available in English and French and follows your device language.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your food list stays on your device. No account needed.
