The app does not connect to bank accounts or initiate financial transactions. Users manually record and manage their own financial information.  
Apple Wallet / Shortcuts automation, when available to Premium users, only opens an editable transaction draft. It never saves a transaction automatically; the user must review and explicitly save it in Moni.
