Monika is passionate about helping women feel good and create healthy habits with exercise. Her feel good workouts have helped thousands of women fall in love with working out at home.

Poor app functioning, o was trying to unsubscribe from the paid version but it just do not let me login at all. O tried changing password and it also did not work.
